FOSTERS ranked in Band 1 by Chambers and Partners Global

FOSTERS maintains its BAND 1 ranking in General Business Law in the February 2019 publication of Chambers and Partners Global for Saint Lucia. Our Peter I Foster, QC was also top ranked in Band 1 and reviewed as “a pre-eminent St Lucian litigator, esteemed for his experience handling commercial cases and for his appearances in the Court of Appeal. His many years' experience has seen him undertake a variety of litigation and insolvency work, as well as finance, securities and M&A transactions.”

FOSTERS is delighted with this ranking as it continues to enhance its legal practice to maintain and adhere to international standards and disciplines. In October 2018, in recognition of the impact of globalisation on its legal practice, the demands created by technology development, the implementation of global practices and harmonised legislation by the World Bank and United Nations and the increase in the level of foreign direct investment to Saint Lucia, FOSTERS commenced the implementation of an international auditable quality management standard for legal practice supported by a world-class cloud-based software to which it is transitioning. In addition, and to maintain its relevance, FOSTERS has also embarked on continued education and development of the FOSTERS team. With these measures, FOSTERS looks forward to an increased level of service and delivery to its domestic and international clients.
