Peter Andrew Hadyn Marshall has joined the FOSTERS team as an Associate.
Peter was born in the United States of America but grew up on the island of Saint Vincent. He obtained the Island Scholarship in 2010 and chose to pursue his studies in law, in Jamaica.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, and is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School. He has an affinity for oral and written advocacy which afforded him the privilege of representing the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica for two years as a member of their Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot team. Prior to this, he had also represented the UWI Mona Law Faculty as part of their first ever Price Media Law Moot team.
Peter was admitted to the Jamaica Bar in 2015 and practiced law at the law firm of Samuda & Johnson where he specialized in commercial litigation, family law, property law and conveyancing.
He is a true member of CARICOM having now moved to Saint Lucia, as a qualified litigator to practice at the Saint Lucia Bar.
We at FOSTERS are so pleased to have Marshall (as we call him) join our team! He has already shown himself to be an outstanding advocate and litigator and we look forward to his further accomplishments with us, here in Saint Lucia.
When not engrossed in the practice of law, you will find Marshall on a football field or participating in community outreach projects.
We are a full-service law firm with a depth of expertise in civil and commercial litigation, corporate law, insolvency, conveyancing and property development working in a wide range of sectors including banking and finance, construction, hotels and tourism, shipping, gaming, insurance and securities.
