Luke P. Foster

Luke Foster is a Senior Associate having joined the FOSTERS legal team in July 2022. The focus of his work is high value complex disputes and cross jurisdictional and commercial transactions.

Luke brings a wealth of experience to FOSTERS having worked at some of the world’s leading law firms. He has advised large, multi-national corporations on legal strategy and risk management.

Luke’s previous role in advising on global mobility makes him a leading authority for clients wishing to invest in the Saint Lucian Citizenship by Investment Program (CIP). Luke was called to the bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in 2012 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives having achieved this in 2017. In his spare time, Luke enjoys keeping fit, learning new languages and travelling the world.
