Tianah M. Foster

Tianah is an Associate at FOSTERS, having joined our legal team in September 2021.

She is an alumna of the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, having graduated from the College in 2017. She was the Valedictorian of her graduating class, recognised for Outstanding Academic Achievement and as the top performing student in the subjects of Economics and Spanish. She went on to pursue an LLB in Law at the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom. During her tenure at University, Tianah received the Dean’s Commendation for exceptional academic performance, having achieved grades within the top 10% of her cohort in individual subject areas. Tianah then completed the Bar Professional Training Course with The University of Law and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.  

Since joining FOSTERS, Tianah has been involved in complex commercial disputes, personal injury claims, family, company, employment, negligence, real estate, banking and finance matters.

Tianah is the Deputy-Chair of the Youth Economy Agency, Member of the Council of the Bar Association of Saint Lucia, representative of Saint Lucia on the Young Commonwealth Lawyers Association and owner of Tianah Fitness Inc. In her capacity as the Deputy Chairperson of the Youth Economy Agency, she is committed to fostering economic opportunities and growth for young people in Saint Lucia. Representing Saint Lucia in the Young Commonwealth Lawyers Association allows her to connect with legal professionals globally, sharing insights and strategies to advance the legal profession. As an Elected Member of the Council of the Bar Association of Saint Lucia, Tianah actively contributes to the governance and development of the legal community in our region.

Outside of the legal sphere, Tianah is a certified personal trainer, and she promotes health and wellness through her fitness programs. Tianah’s diverse experiences and roles reflect her dedication to professional excellence, community service, and personal well-being.
